NELSON is a delightful old man who was dumped off at an animal shelter when his owner had a life-threatening medical crisis.  He has been neglected for many years, and while he is a joyful and happy boy, we will be addressing all necessary care that will help him be more comfortable in what time he has here in this life.  HE DID NOT DESERVE THIS....but he is safe now.
