Our Princess girl Rumor went to the Bridge today and our hearts are broken. She was the epitome of a little lady. About the only thing she barked at was plastic garbage bags and any mysterious stranger intruding upon her yard. She loved to run around the dining room table while waiting for her food and made the cutest little huffing sound when she did it. She snored so loud that I told her it really didn't fit her Princess title. She loved laying on our patio but in the shade not the sun. She was never afraid of thunderstorms. She loved popcorn but especially loved peanut butter. She loved when Rowan, Oliver and Gus were here. She never minded them setting up toys in her locations. She just found another spot. She loved naps. She really loved naps! We hit the lottery when we adopted her while living in Wichita, KS and we have counted our blessings every day since. She fought a long hard fight to get better but it was time. After giving us years of nothing but unconditional love it was our turn to show her the same. Through our tears and sadness we sent her off to the Bridge with some selfishness perhaps to give all of our other loves hugs and kisses. She went just like the lady she was. Never complaining and always loving. There will never be another one like our sweet Rumi and we really don't want there to be. She was just love and sweetness in a little bundle. You will never be forgotten sweetie. We love you and will miss you until we see you again.

You will be forever missed Willie. You took your job so seriously as the resident Sheltie Shack Rescue training cat and did a great job. Your life was taken much too soon. Take care of all our doggies in heaven until we see you again !
